If a product purchased from Wolala.in does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, INDIA.

wolala.in reserves the right to change, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.


Return and Refund Policy for Wolala.in

At Wolala.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • You must initiate the return immediately on receiving the item. After that we will no longer accept returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at e-mail : wolalacares@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  4. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange as per your preference.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified period:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us ate-mail : wolalacares@gmail.com.


8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may be eligible for a replacement or full refund. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photographs of the damage.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still return it once it has been delivered (as per the return policy).
